- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Although relatively affordable, the number of patients is obviously very high so getting your animal seen too with speed is not brilliant. Reception fails to provide updates on the Vets progress during treatment. Our Dog went in for an operation at 09.30, by 14.30 she had still not been seen and only when complaining did the vet begin!
